TECH TALK – Future of Work 2030 in AI Era

In today’s rapidly evolving world, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the nature of work at an unprecedented pace. Job roles, employment patterns, workplace structures, and workers’ rights are all being redefined. In this changing landscape, it is essential for employees and young professionals to understand how these shifts will impact their future.

In this context, the IT and Allied Employees Confederation (ITEC) is organizing a seminar titled “TECH TALK – Future of Work 2030 in AI Era”. This seminar aims to bring together both technical expertise and trade union perspectives on a common platform. Established in 2018 and officially registered in 2020, ITEC is a trade union committed to protecting the rights and strengthening the collective voice of employees in the IT and allied sectors.

This seminar will explore key topics such as the future of jobs in the AI era, changing work environments, skill development, workers’ rights, and the role of trade unions in addressing emerging challenges.
